How to Apply

Where and how to submit your application for each kind of position

The University of Hyderabad recruits through different channels depending on the type of position. Always read the full advertisement first: it lists eligibility, the number of posts, reservation, the selection process and the last date.

    Regular teaching positions

    Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors are recruited only through the Samarth CU-Rec portal. Paper or e-mail applications are not accepted.

    Regular non-teaching positions

    Group A, B and C non-teaching posts are recruited only through the University's Samarth recruitment portal.

    Guest faculty, project staff, JRF/SRF and contractual positions

    These are advertised by individual Schools, Departments, Centres and Principal Investigators. Apply exactly as stated in the advertisement: most ask for the attached application form, sent by e-mail or submitted to the Department before the last date.

Results, shortlists, corrigenda and extensions of last dates are published alongside each recruitment. Check Results & Updates before the selection process.
